What is seamless guttering?

Seamless guttering is a unique jointless system, where the aluminium guttering is roll-formed on-site up to 30 metres with no joints. In addition to being leak-free, maintenance-free and recyclable, it also makes your property visually appealing. Aluminium Guttering

Aluminium is usually the first choice material for the design and manufacture of low maintenance gutters and pipes. It has a high strength to weight ratio, and is highly resistant to corrosion. It is a proven material in this application and provides a high level of design flexibility. It can be precision manufactured and gives a high quality surface finish. It is available in a range of low maintenance finishes, and unlike non-metal gutter materials, it is 100% recyclable, a process which can save up to 95% of the original energy input. Available in most PPC RAL Colours.

Wall copings

Our coping systems offer an attractive, low-maintenance capping to parapet and perimeter walls. Designed to “snap” onto pre-fixed brackets, the system is simple to install yet both rigidly and secretly fixed.

As all systems are designed specifically for each project, material thickness, width, depth and appearance vary to suit each individual application. There are three standard variations available, all with the same easy fit bracket system that enables quick installation and complete surface protection. Available in most PPC Ral Colours

Cast Iron

A Cast iron rainwater system is ideal for heritage or listed Grade 2 properties and is available in many profiles. Centuries of use prove amazing durability and inherent strength - a cast iron gutter system will last for at least 50 with the correct maintenance. Available in a primed or pre painted form.

Steel Gutter

Steel is the most affordable, cost effective of the metal rainwater ranges and a cost effective alternative to plastic gutters. A smart, stylish and contemporary look without the risk of shrinking, leaking or colour fading. It comes with a manufacturer's guarantee of 15 years, available in various colours.

Aluminium Fascias & Soffits

Roweaver Developments’ systems are unique and designed to suit each individual project. All systems are available in a standard range of finishes. All fascias are made to order, and as such the range of profiles is almost limitless. Aluminium soffits are generally either planks or panels. Both planks and panels can be supplied with hidden fixing details.

UPVC Fascia, Soffit, Gutters & Pipe

UPVC is the most affordable rainwater system on the market. The white range is the most commonly used system, boasting quick install and leaving visually clean modern look to your property. Other colours are also available, black, brown, grey and caramel.
